How can I pay?

Hi

I already have enough money to pay, but I don’t have paypal or even apple pay .. I also don’t know exactly how to pay.

Is it ok to pay from my apple Id? Like when you pay for a vip or premium subscription

Hello! Information obtained from the Frequently Asked Questions page and other online resources indicate that: When you create an account with BetterHelp, you will be asked to supply your payment information. Your weekly charges for your counseling sessions will be billed once a month (using the payment information given) via PayPal or credit card. You can keep your membership for as long as you’d like and can cancel anytime. With this, it seems that other than PayPal or things like Apple Pay, that the only other option would be by linking a credit card or debit card (with credit card logo) to your account so that it would be charged in order to settle any amounts owed. As far as paying by your AppleID as you would for other applications and downloads from the App Store, I do not believe that is how the subscription works. It is likely that you would need to upload the information into your online profile that you create within the system after creating your login. I would also defer more questions related to billing to the Betterhelp Customer Service folks, who can be reached at help@betterhelp.com . If you were to explain your question and situation, I am certain that they would be able to provide you specific instruction related to your specific situation. I wish you the best in your efforts in beginning counseling. Thank you for reaching out! I think that you will find the investment in your mental health as being a worthwhile one that has rewards far greater than the cost. We often go about our lives thinking that we don't need help, or that the things will just have a way of working themselves out,. While some things do have a natural way of working themselves out, taking an active approach can get things worked out in a much quicker and lasting way. Learning about yourself and the way you think is the first step in recognizing potential errors in that thinking that is the contributing factor in creating the feelings that you experience. Taking action helps reduce the effects that problems with our thinking has on us, and gives us the opportunity to think different, and ultimately feel different - better. Great job in recognizing that you would benefit from help, and I am sure whichever counselor you end up finding will be happy to help you get to where you want to be. Take care!
