I have been a licensed clinician for over 5 years and worked closely with clients suffering from depression, stress/anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma/abuse. I also have experience in regard to substance abuse, life transition, family dynamics, career counseling, and foster care/adoption. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family and our dog. I enjoy being outside whenever possible, to just enjoy the sunshine or go for walks/hikes. I am an avid sports fan and follow the Boston Red Sox and Bruins. My favorite wellness activities include yoga and meditation.
